About Me

Be the best that you can be, not the best someone ELSE can be.

It’s a motto I learned to live by - and not always the easy way - when I competed at the highest level of equestrian sports. That mantra, combined with hard work earned me 16 national championships and I became the number one all-around youth in the country.

But it wasn’t easy.

I had devoted my entire life to training, but yet, I’m human. No matter how hard I worked, I could be overtaken by self doubt, insecurities, or the pressure to perform. I know how difficult it was to find a healthy way to focus on doing the best I could on that given day. And so, once my time as an athlete had passed, I made it my life’s mission to help people break free of the confines of their personal traumas - in whatever form they came in.

I earned my Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctorate degrees in psychology, and then a postdoc in psychopharmacology and hit the ground running. Since then, I’ve worked with a variety of different people and situations spanning from abused children and their abusers, to corporate performance coaching, to working with top athletes around the world.
